Cancel your subscription anytime! Cancellations are effective as of the last day of your plan period. For example, if you are on a monthly plan, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your plan month. You will not be charged for any future months.

Need a break during slow season? Pause your subscription anytime! You will not be charged while the subscription is paused. You can pause your plan one time per year. The pause can last for up to 2 consecutive months. Note that while the subscription is paused, none of the automations will run, and you will not be able to access your dashboards or modules.

WHAT ARE SMS AND MMS SEGMENTS?SMS:
- SMS means a text message without images or videos.
- One SMS segment is 153 characters of plain text, or 67 characters of text with emojis.
MMS- MMS means a text message that includes multimedia such as photos or videos. (MMS can also be used to send longer messages with just text).
- An MMS segment can be 1600 characters of text or 10 images up to a maximum of 5MB file size.
WHAT IS TEXT-TO-VOICE?
Text-to-voice is a tool that converts your text into an audio file. Use it to send pre-recorded phone calls. No need to record and upload your own audio file. Simply type your text and it automatically gets converted into audio! Plus, the text-to-voice tool allows you to use merge tags in your audio files, which means customers will receive personalized calls including their name or any other details desired.
WHAT IS PUSH-TO-TALK?
Push-To-Talk is a feature that allows the recipient to press 1 to be connected to a live agent. The call is forwarded to a phone number that you specify; your agent can then answer the call and speak to the recipient.
*When the push-to-talk feature is used by a recipient, credits are incurred for both Voice Call and Push-To-Talk. The number of Voice Call credits charged is calculated based on the entire duration of the call, including the initial pre-recorded message and talk time on the forwarded number. The number of Push-To-Talk credits is charged as the entire duration of the agent talk time on the forwarded number. This is due to the pricing structure set by our telecommunications provider.
